ptg sbl asar, jd time solat asar tu dah mcm exercise ptg.
mlm time nk tdo. tp pd yg susah nk tdo mlm, sy suggest x pyh la pkai, nti lg susah nk tdo, ndaknya kalo pkai byk, bdan blh bpeluh2.
lotion ni tahan 3 jam jgk la pnasnya, sgt panas epecially area yg byk lmak, huhu..
n kalo bdan pnas n bpeluh, minum la air msak byk2..
tu je la kot :-P
