chocolate homemade-

assalamualaikum. pg ni nk share tentang coklat..sape yg x suka coklat? lemak, manis, creamy n melt in your mouth Texture. chocolate are highly demand time di Alfalah dlu, ada hari friendship day when u can buy something sweet and the seller will deliver it to your requested friend. tanda penghargaan la kononnya. time tu br knal apa itu cadburry.

time tu cadburry is melt in your mouth, not mcm hari ni, keras je..teringat jgk, ada roomate yg dpt cadburry dr bf, so sweet la sgt kan.... as waktu form 5, a friend of mine (farhana omar)introduce to me vochelle, kat tmpat dia, 200g of vochelle bar harga 4.50. murah la time ni 200g harga 5.90.. :-)

so apa yg buat coklat tu sdapp??
1- kualiti koko
2- lemak koko vs lemak sayur
3- sukatan susu

so aku g youtube tgk mcmana nk buat coklat, tp yg byk tjuk ialah cairkan  coklat n msukkan dlm mould. tp mcmana nk buat 'coklat'???

then i came across one video. yaAllah sngnya nk buat. ni la resipinya aku share
-125g lemak sayuran
-125g gula castor
-6 sudu bsar serbuk koko
-6 sudu bsar tepung susu instant
- sesudu kecil esen vanila.
-kismis or kcg dpend on your preference.

step by step
- panaskan lemak sayuran dlm periuk.api kecik. dah melt trus angkat dr dpur.
ayak all dry ingredient dlm mgkuk
- tuangkan lmak tu, gaul rata dgn bhan2 kering td.
-cmpurkan esen vanila
-tburkan kcg n kismis td..
-tuangkan dlm loyang or bekas aluminium ( cepat beku)
-dlm dua jam, your choc is ready to eat.
- kalo suka rasa susu, tmbhkan lg susu tepung, kurgkan koko.
-ayak tau dry ingridient, kalo x nti dia ketul2, x licin=x cantik.

yg aku buat ni tlbh koko, biasa la beginner, :-P
